Who we help

Built around how you live

Most of our patients fall into one of these three. Many fall into two.

  1. A woman stretching her arms over her head at her desk.
    01

    Desk & screen work

    The 9-to-5 back

Neck and back pain from long days at a desk. We fix what hurts and show you three stretches that fit between meetings.

  2. A runner stretching his hamstring on a bench by the river.
    02

    Runners & weekend players

    Back in the game

Strains, tight hips and the knee that won’t settle. We work with your training, not against it.

  3. A pregnant woman stretching on an exercise ball at home.
    03

    Pregnancy & postpartum

    Room to grow

Low back and pelvic pain eased with gentle techniques and a pregnancy table, every trimester.

Your first visit

No guessing, no pressure

Here is exactly what happens, and how long it takes.

  1. Day 1 · first 30 min
The doctor talking with a new patient, a hand on her shoulder.

    We listen, then we look

Your history, what hurts, what you want to get back to. Then a full exam: posture, movement, strength and reflexes.

  2. Day 1 · next 30 min
A gentle adjustment on the treatment table.

    Your first adjustment

If it’s safe to start, we start the same day. Gentle, explained step by step. You leave with a plan in writing.

  3. Weeks 2 – 6
The doctor stretching a patient’s leg on the table.

    Short visits, real progress

20-minute visits, usually once or twice a week, and a few exercises for home. We re-check every two weeks.

  4. After that
A patient resting on her side while the doctor checks her hip.

    Only when you need us

No long contracts and no prepaid packages you don’t want. Come back for a tune-up when life gets heavy.

FAQ

Ask the doctor

Does an adjustment hurt?

Dr. Nora Pike: Usually not. Most people feel relief, some feel a bit sore for a day, like after a workout. We always explain first and go at your pace.

What is that popping sound?

Dr. Nora Pike: A little gas released from the joint, like cracking your knuckles. It isn’t bones moving, and it’s not needed for an adjustment to work.

Do I need a referral?

Dr. Nora Pike: No. You can book directly. If your insurance needs a referral for coverage, we’ll tell you before your visit.

How many visits will I need?

Dr. Nora Pike: It depends on what’s going on. After your first exam you get a written plan with a number of visits, and we re-check every two weeks.

Is chiropractic safe in pregnancy?

Dr. Nora Pike: Yes, with the right technique. Nora is trained in the Webster technique and uses a pregnancy table, from the first trimester on.

Do you take my insurance?

Dr. Nora Pike: We work with most major plans and auto accident claims. Send us your card by text and we’ll check your benefits for free.

What should I wear?

Dr. Nora Pike: Comfortable clothes you can move in, like leggings or gym shorts and a T-shirt. There’s a changing room if you come straight from work.
