Quantro CPA (“we,” “us”) is an accounting firm in Marlow Springs, Colorado. Protecting your information is part of our professional duty. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how we keep it safe. It applies to this website and to the services we provide.

Information we collect

• Information you give us, such as your name, email, phone number and the details you share in our contact form or during a consultation.
• Client records we need to provide our services, such as tax documents, financial statements, payroll records and identification.
• Website data: basic, anonymous information about visits (pages viewed, device type). We don’t use advertising trackers.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to you, to prepare returns and reports, to represent you before tax authorities when you ask us to, and to meet our legal and professional obligations. We don’t sell your information, and we don’t use your tax information for anything other than the services you hired us for.

When we share it

We share information only when it’s needed to do the work: with the IRS and state tax agencies when we file for you, with software providers that process data on our behalf under confidentiality agreements, or when the law requires it. Federal rules limit how tax preparers may use and disclose tax return information; when your written consent is required, we ask for it first.

How we protect it

Documents are exchanged through an encrypted client portal with two-factor sign-in. Access inside the firm is limited to the people working on your file. We keep a written information security plan, train our team every year and keep records only as long as professional rules and the law require.

Your choices
