Presentation design
Investor, sales and keynote decks built around a clear storyline, plus master templates your team can keep using after the project ends.
Most decks we’re handed have the right information in the wrong order. We start with the story: what the audience needs to believe by the last slide, and which facts prove it. Then each slide gets one job, with charts and diagrams doing the explaining instead of paragraphs of text.
That’s how we redesigned Forge Apollo’s agency pitch deck and built investor and sales decks for LexCheck, working in whatever your team presents from: PowerPoint, Keynote or Google Slides.
Along with the finished deck, we can set up a master template with your layouts, colors and type, so the next presentation doesn’t start from a blank slide. Our guide to designing presentations that close deals explains the thinking in more detail.
- Investor and pitch decks
- Sales and capabilities decks
- Keynote and event presentations
- Storyline and slide structure
- PowerPoint, Keynote and Google Slides templates

Marketing collateral
White papers, datasheets, case studies, eBooks and one-pagers that make technical products easy to understand and keep every document on brand.
Long documents are where layout does the most work. A white paper or eBook has to hold a reader for ten or twenty pages, so we plan the hierarchy first: clear section openers, pull quotes, charts that read at a glance and white space that keeps dense copy approachable.
We’ve produced this material for software, finance and healthcare companies, from DataStax’s datasheets, case studies and eBooks to a four-page customer case study for Think ABM. Most of it goes out as PDFs and web downloads, so we set files up for screen reading as well as print.
We can also turn recurring formats, like datasheets and case studies, into templates your team can reuse, so the tenth document matches the first. Our guide to white paper design covers the details.
- White papers
- Datasheets and sell sheets
- Customer case studies
- eBooks and guides
- One-pagers and flyers
- Infographics
- Brochures and reports

Brand identity
Logos, color and type systems and brand guidelines, plus the everyday templates that keep a brand consistent once it's out in the world.
A new identity is only useful if people can apply it on a Tuesday afternoon without calling a designer. So along with the logo, colors and type, we write guidelines with real examples and build the templates a team actually uses: letterhead, slides, social posts, one-pagers.
Not every project starts from scratch. Much of our work is brand extension: taking an established system, like Dentsply Sirona’s, and applying it to new formats and campaigns without letting it drift.
Our own concept brands, such as Quantro and Lannah, show the full process, from the mark and color palette to signage, packaging and website design.
- Logo design
- Color and typography systems
- Brand guidelines
- Stationery and business cards
- Document and social templates
- Brand extension for established identities

Events & tradeshow
Booth graphics, banners, signage and event campaigns, designed to the printer's specs and to be read from across a busy exhibit hall.
Ben spent his early career in sign and print shops, designing, printing and installing banners, billboards and signage. So we design event graphics with production in mind: correct bleeds, type that reads at a distance and files your printer won’t send back.
Our event work for DataStax covered booths for Strata NY 2019, all the creative for Accelerate 2019 and the AWS re:Invent campaign in Las Vegas, from bus ads to airport and taxi-lane signage. We’ve also designed pop-up booths for Sullivan Healthcare Consulting and event materials for FloQast and Dentsply Sirona.
We can cover the whole event, from the booth to the badges, handouts and the social banners that bring people to it in the first place.
- Tradeshow booth graphics
- Pull-up and stand banners
- Event signage and wayfinding
- Badges, lanyards and printed handouts
- Out-of-home and transit ads
- Pre-event digital and social banners

Digital & social
Social posts, paid ad sets, LinkedIn carousels, email graphics and landing page designs, built from one campaign idea and sized for every channel.
Campaigns rarely need one graphic. They need the same idea in a dozen sizes, for LinkedIn, Instagram, display ads and email, consistent and ready on launch day. We design the core concept once and build the full set around it.
We’ve done this for FloQast’s compliance survey campaign, LexCheck’s LinkedIn carousels and email banners and DataStax’s event and webinar promotions.
When a campaign needs somewhere to land, we design the landing page too and hand your web team organized design files ready to build from. For small businesses without a web team, we also build complete websites. Our guide to social media design covers the basics we work from.
- Organic social graphics
- Paid social and display ad sets
- LinkedIn carousels
- Email headers and banners
- Landing page design
- Website UI design support

Common questions
What kind of design work do you do?
Brand and marketing design for B2B, SaaS and healthcare teams: presentations and pitch decks, white papers, eBooks, datasheets and case studies, brand identity, tradeshow booths and event graphics, and social and digital campaigns. We also design and build websites for small businesses. The apps we make are our own; we don’t develop apps for clients.
Can you work within our existing brand?
Yes. We follow your brand guidelines, colors, type and overall look. A lot of our work is for companies with an established brand, where the job is to extend it consistently rather than reinvent it.
How long does a project take?
Most single pieces are ready for review in 3 to 5 business days, depending on the project. A deck of 15 to 20 slides takes about the same. Larger projects, such as white papers or booth graphics, take longer, and we agree on a timeline with you before we start.
Can you work alongside our in-house design team?
Yes. We’re not here to replace your team but to support it, taking on overflow work, campaigns and deadline crunches so your designers can focus on their biggest projects. Our blog post on scaling a marketing team without hiring more designers explains how this usually works.
Do you design and build websites?
Yes, for small businesses. We design and build websites for restaurants, contractors, salons, clinics and other local businesses. Prices start at $750 for a one-page website. Our websites page shows the packages and four sample websites. For B2B teams with their own web team, we design landing pages and web graphics. Then we hand over organized files that the team builds from.
