1910 farmhouse on two acres

230 Old Farm Road is one of the original farmhouses from before Briar Ridge was a neighborhood, and the sellers spent four years restoring it. We listed it in early September and it was under contract eleven days later, with three offers and a sale price above asking.

What sold it: twilight photos and drone video that showed all 2.1 acres and the ridge behind, a price set against other homes with land rather than the newer houses nearby, and a pre-listing inspection buyers could read before they made an offer.
