These terms apply to your use of www.xiobocreative.com (the “site”), run by Xiobo Creative, LLC (“Xiobo”, “we”, “us”). By using the site, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

These terms cover the website only. Design projects are covered by the proposal or agreement we make with each client, and our apps have their own policies on their own websites.

Using the site

You agree not to:

• violate any local, state, or federal laws, or other laws that apply to you,
• infringe the rights of others, including their intellectual property,
• interfere with the site, for example by trying to get around its security, overloading it or introducing malicious code,
• use the contact form to send spam or unlawful content.

Our content

Unless noted otherwise, the text, graphics, logos, design and code of this site are © Xiobo Creative, LLC and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You’re welcome to link to any page and to quote short excerpts with credit and a link back. For anything else, including reusing our articles or images, ask us first.

Client work in our portfolio

Work we’ve designed for clients belongs to those clients and other rights holders. We show it for portfolio purposes only, with permission or as our agreements allow. Client names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners, and showing them doesn’t mean those companies endorse this site.

Concept projects are our own work and are labeled as concepts.

If you own work shown here and want it changed or removed, email us and we’ll take care of it promptly.

Articles and information

Our blog articles and other content are general information about design. They aren’t professional, legal or financial advice, and some details may change after an article is published.

Our apps and other websites

The site links to other websites, including the sites for our own apps, getimageshrink.com and hiitduo.com, and our social media pages. Each site has its own terms and privacy policy. Apps you download or buy from the App Store are also subject to Apple’s terms.

We aren’t responsible for the content or practices of third-party websites we link to.

No warranties

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it’s provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don’t promise the site will be error-free or always available.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Xiobo Creative, LLC and its owners aren’t liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or business, arising from your use of the site or your inability to use it.

We may update these terms. When we do, we’ll change the date at the top of this page. If you keep using the site after an update, you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Xiobo Creative, LLC is organized, and applicable US federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
