Overview
Think ABM is a B2B technology marketing company that uses first-party intent data to generate qualified leads. In 2023 they asked us to design a customer case study about their work for AWS: a campaign that, in Think ABM’s words, secured 200+ attendees in four weeks for the AWS Innovate online conference.
The challenge
The story had a lot of moving parts: the event, the audience across ANZ, ASEAN and India, why AWS chose Think ABM, the three-email campaign and the outcome, plus a quote from the client. All of it had to fit in four A4 pages and still be easy to skim for a busy B2B buyer.
Our approach
We set the case study in Think ABM’s purple with mint green accents and gave each page one job:
- Cover: the headline result in large type over an illustrated hero, with a short “About AWS Innovate” section below.
- Challenge and why AWS chose Think ABM: short text blocks paired with an isometric funnel illustration.
- Solution: the three-touch email journey drawn as a step-by-step diagram, so readers can see the campaign at a glance.
- Outcome: the results in a clean column next to a full-height mint pull-quote panel, followed by a closing “About Think ABM” block.
The result
Think ABM received a polished, on-brand case study ready for print and PDF. Shiksha Tripathi summed up working with Ben: “Delivers on time and quality work.” For what goes into a document like this, see our guide to case study design.
