Documents people actually finish reading.
White papers, datasheets, case studies, eBooks and one-pagers that make technical products easy to understand and keep every document on brand.

What we design
Marketing collateral
Long documents are where layout does the most work. A white paper or eBook has to hold a reader for ten or twenty pages, so we plan the hierarchy first: clear section openers, pull quotes, charts that read at a glance and white space that keeps dense copy approachable.
We’ve produced this material for software, finance and healthcare companies, from DataStax’s datasheets, case studies and eBooks to a four-page customer case study for Think ABM. Most of it goes out as PDFs and web downloads, so we set files up for screen reading as well as print.
We can also turn recurring formats, like datasheets and case studies, into templates your team can reuse, so the tenth document matches the first. Our guide to white paper design covers the details.

How we work
Brief
Send us the project details, your brand assets and the copy you want included. No final copy yet? Tell us and we’ll plan around it.
First concepts
We design first concepts and share them, usually in 3 to 5 business days for a single piece, depending on the project. Larger projects get a timeline agreed up front.
Refine
We revise with you until you’re happy with the work and it fits your brand.
Final files
You get finished files for print or screen in the formats you need, plus reusable templates where they help your team.

Common questions
What kind of design work do you do?
Brand and marketing design for B2B, SaaS and healthcare teams: presentations and pitch decks, white papers, eBooks, datasheets and case studies, brand identity, tradeshow booths and event graphics, and social and digital campaigns. We also design and build websites for small businesses. The apps we make are our own; we don’t develop apps for clients.
Can you work within our existing brand?
Yes. We follow your brand guidelines, colors, type and overall look. A lot of our work is for companies with an established brand, where the job is to extend it consistently rather than reinvent it.
How long does a project take?
Most single pieces are ready for review in 3 to 5 business days, depending on the project. Larger projects, such as presentation decks, white papers or booth graphics, take longer, and we agree on a timeline with you before we start.
Can you work alongside our in-house design team?
Yes. We’re not here to replace your team but to support it, taking on overflow work, campaigns and deadline crunches so your designers can focus on their biggest projects. Our journal post on scaling a marketing team without hiring more designers explains how this usually works.
Do you design and build websites?
Yes, for small businesses. Restaurants, contractors, salons, clinics and other local businesses get a site designed and built by us, from $750 for a one-page site; our websites page has the packages and four sample sites. For B2B teams with their own web team, we design landing pages and web graphics and hand over organized files to build from.
